MARCH INTO SPRING~ FREE CLASSES

March into SPRING by signing up for our FREE classes. We are delighted to be able to provide these resources. We have been able to expand our workshops to Chair Aerobics, Excercise classes, Yoga, Live Cooking Together Classes with Chefs from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY! Every month we now offer "Healing in the Salt Cave." We are able to offer much more because of your continued support and donations. All classes are free for breast cancer patients and caregivers.
