Fall is around the corner & Our free workshops are back!


As the Fall months are approaching our workshops will be in full swing! We are grateful to our volunteers who have you donated their time. These workshops are made possible because of your generosity.

These workshops are available for all patients, caregivers, family and friends.

We take care of each other. Your self care matters. We support one another. We encourage. Our workshops are all about lifting each other up. When we support each other incredible things happen. Our workshops are FREE for everyone!. It's as easy as 1,2,3 to join any of our classes! Click on one or all of the links below to sign up. Share with friends and loved ones.


Here are the free calendar workshops we are offering for September.


Zentangle ~Tuesday September 14th @ 3:00 PM is a very popular workshop.

What is Zentangle? It's doodling for adults! Very therapeutic.

The Zentangle method is an easy, fun way to create art using deconstructed patterns.

Priscilla DeConti will guide you through this easy therapeutic drawing that will leave you feeling relaxed. This session will end with a beautiful piece of art created by you. Once you sign up a zoom link will be sent to your email.


Transformational Breath Work ~ Thursday September 16th @ 7:00 PM.

This workshop is a 30 minute breathwork meditation to improve health, awaken your senses, reduce stress, improve vitality & eliminate anxiety. It's a wonderful way to wind down mid week.


Yin Restorative Yoga ~ Sunday September 26th @ 9:00 AM

Join Nikki for a 30 minute Yin/Restorative Yoga class. This class, you will heal & restore with this slow paced practice. This class is the perfect compliment to a busy lifestyle giving you balance to heal and meditate the body & mind.


An Afternoon of Renewal at the Salt Cave ~ Sunday September 26th @ 3:00 ~ Spots fill fast! You must wear socks in the cave.

VIBES-UP Sunday! Learn how to change your frequency and lift yourself into a better state of mind while raising your body out of dis-ease through sound, essential oils and crystals.


This event is in person! Because of strict Covid19 guidelines we only have openings for 8 guests. Space is very limited.


Mindful Meditations with Roseanne ~ Wednesday September 29th @ 7:00 PM

This 30-minute mindful meditation based practice. An intention will be introduced and briefly discussed for the first moment or two. Roseanne, an experienced practitioner, will start the practice with the sound of the singing bowl, allow your mind and body as you follow a meaningful practice with thoughtful intentions. Connect with feeling grounded, peaceful and relaxed, letting go into the stability of the present moment with loving kindness. The practice will end quietly with the sound of the singing bowl, the meeting room will be closed and you are invited to continue with your practice in silence.
